Harry's Salted Caramel Billionaire Brownie is our own take on the classic 'millionaire shortbread' HOWEVER instead of a shortbread base we have used a gooey brownie base. This base is then topped with homemade salted caramel and a layer of crisp dark chocolate. It is rich, delicious, and a popular choice.
Ingredients
Unsalted butter, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin (E322)), natural vanilla flavouring), cocoa powder, vanilla flavouring (water, propylene glycol, flavourings, colour: plain caramel), eggs, caster sugar, plain flour, condensed milk (whole milk, sugar), golden syrup (partially inverted refiners syrup; lyles golden syrup; sugarcane syrup), sea salt.
