Harry's American Style Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients
(Makes 10)

200g - Self-Raising Flour
1½ tsp - Baking Powder
1 tbsp - Caster Sugar
3 - Eggs
25g - Melted Butter + extra for greasing your pan
200ml - Milk

Method

Step 1. In a bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and Harry's Hot Chocolate.

Step 2. Break your eggs and add them along with the melted butter and milk into the dry ingredients.

Step 3. Whisk all of the ingredients together (with a balloon whisk or fork) until smooth and pour into a jug.

Step 4. Heat a small knob of butter in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and when the butter looks frothy you are ready to begin!

Step 5. Pour in rounds of the batter, cooking the pancakes on one side for about 1-2 mins or until lots of tiny bubbles start to appear on the surface. Flip the pancakes over and cook for a further minute on the other side. Repeat until all the batter is used up. And then begin again...

We topped ours with melted white chocolate which was a little bit naughty, but very delicious. Tag us in your pancake pictures- we would love to see them!

Happy flippin' pancake day!
