Harry's Billionaire Brownie is our own take on the classic 'millionaire shortbread' HOWEVER instead of a shortbread base we have used a gooey brownie base. This base is then topped with homemade caramel and a layer of crisp dark chocolate. It is rich delicious, and a popular choice. Shelf Life- 14 days. Slice Dimensions: 3.75cm x 10cm. Tray of 12 slices.

BUTTER (MILK), Caster Sugar, Dark Chocolate 55%(cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier ( SOY lecithin(E322)), natural vanilla flavouring), Condensed MILK (whole MILK , sugar), Free Range EGGS, WHEAT Flour ((WHEAT flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin) , Golden Syrup (partially inverted refiners syrup; lyles golden syrup; sugarcane syrup), Cocoa Powder, Vanilla Flavouring (Water, Propylene Glycol, Flavourings, Colour: Plain Caramel), Sea salt.

Delicious

The only drawback to the Millionaire's Brownies is that the layer of chocolate is on the thick side for my cake forks and the whole is just a bit too sticky to eat with fingers unless I take a wet flannel through to my comfy chair! This is, on the whole a tasty problem to have. The little Brownies are as good as ever (ie delicious). I have yet to try out the marshmallows, it isn't quite hot chocolate weather as yet here in mid Wales.
