Chilli Hot Chocolate

Harry’s Hot Chocolate is made using a blend of high quality, sustainably sourced chocolate, cocoa powder, and Fairtrade British sugar. We hand produce our hot chocolate in micro batches in our small but perfectly formed barn in the Cheshire countryside. Our carefully selected premium chocolate is expertly ground to a fine powder (by Harry) to ensure a luxuriously smooth drinking chocolate. Each blend is hand filled into fully recyclable tins, ready for you to take on your next adventure.

Harry's Chilli blend split opinion when we launched it. Some people can't get enough, some think chocolate and chilli should never have met. Only one way to find out which camp you're in.

How hot is it?

Chilli powder is the last ingredient on the list, so this isn't a fire-breathing dare of a drink. Expect a gentle warmth that catches up with you after the chocolate, not a hit that arrives first.

How to make it

You don't need any special kit for this one, just a pan or a microwave.

1. Heat 250ml of milk to 70°C. Dairy or plant milk both work fine.

2. Stir in 2 to 3 heaped teaspoons (25g) of Harry's Chilli blend.

3. Keep stirring until it's fully dissolved, then pour into your favourite mug.

Want it milder or spicier? Start with 2 teaspoons and adjust to taste from there.
