Harry’s Hot Chocolate is made using a blend of high quality, sustainably sourced chocolate, cocoa powder, and Fairtrade British sugar. We hand produce our hot chocolate in micro batches in our small but perfectly formed barn in the Cheshire countryside. Our carefully selected premium chocolate is expertly ground to a fine powder (by Harry) to ensure a luxuriously smooth drinking chocolate. Each blend is hand filled into fully recyclable tins, ready for you to take on your next adventure.

Harry's Chilli blend split opinion when we launched it. Some people can't get enough, some think chocolate and chilli should never have met. Only one way to find out which camp you're in.

How hot is it?

Chilli powder is the last ingredient on the list, so this isn't a fire-breathing dare of a drink. Expect a gentle warmth that catches up with you after the chocolate, not a hit that arrives first.

How to make it

You don't need any special kit for this one, just a pan or a microwave.

  1. Heat 250ml of milk to 70°C. Dairy or plant milk both work fine.

  2. Stir in 2 to 3 heaped teaspoons (25g) of Harry's Chilli blend.

  3. Keep stirring until it's fully dissolved, then pour into your favourite mug.

Want it milder or spicier? Start with 2 teaspoons and adjust to taste from there.

More ways to use it

  • Stir a spoonful through brownie batter before baking

  • Spoon it over vanilla ice cream

  • Add a teaspoon to your morning coffee for a spiced mocha

I'm enjoying these blends so far

I like the 60% and chili and enjoy both. Unless you want a real kick, I find mellowing the chili down by using part chili part 60% works really good.

Once again Harry has knocked it out of the park, last time we just bought the mint hot chocolate. This time we decided try the chili and the 44% dark along side the mint, and it did not disappoint. We also tried the cakes and cookies for the first time. The Easter rocky road was amazing and it didn't take long for thr whole box to be gone, the cookies were equally as good and it caused a bit of an issue with some members if the household deciding between the rocky road and the cookies.
All in all amazing service and Top produce as per normal!

As always all the items I ordered were delicious. My friend loves the marshmallows. I'm loving mixing the 70% dark hot chocolate with chilli😊 I wasn't sure if I'd like it. Still love the gingerbread , mint and orange. The brownies are absolutely devine!!! Thank you Harry. xx

New tastes

So happy the gingerbread hot chocolate is back!! I ordered the new chilli hot chocolate (alongside my usual mint, orange, 70% dark). I like ginger hot chocolate so ordered the chilli to try mixing with the gingerbread. 2/3rds gingerbread with 1/3rd chilli gives the warm kick I was looking for - just perfect!! Thank you Harry.

The hot chocolate I've been waiting for

After trying and loving the mint and orange hot chocolates, I've been hoping Harry's would release a chilli version as it's hard to find a good chilli hot chocolate. This hasn't disappointed. It's the right amount of chilli to make you feel warm inside and leave you with a tingle wanting more. Or at least that's how it makes me feel. Chilli and hot chocolate go so well together and Harry's have made a version that is a pleasure to drink. My only concern with it is that it says "smallbatch". I'm going to need plenty of warning if this stops being produced so I can stock up - I'm sure I can store a 1.6kg bag somewhere.........
