We have always been big fans of pistachios here at Harry's and to be honest we have been making these cookies to eat for ourselves for a, well, a while... We decided that is was about time that we shared them. Limited Edition, for probably the whole of the summer though so don't panic.
Squished in between our classic cookie dough (12 years since Harry developed the recipe!) is a fine balance of pistachios and pistachio paste (the good stuff!). We have then elegantly drizzled the cookie with white chocolate and more crushed pistachios. Yum!
Each cookie comes individually wrapped in a packet made from biodegradable glassine.
Ingredients
Self-raising flour, light brown sugar, butter, pistachios, pistachio paste (milk cream 55%, (sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (sunflower oil) milk whey powder, gelling agent: modified starch, emulsifier: soy lecithin, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavouring salt), pistachio paste 45% (pistachio 100%)-may contain mustard.), caster sugar, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin (E322)), natural vanilla flavouring), plain flour, eggs, margarine (butter, rapeseed oil, water, salt), molasses, vanilla flavouring (water, propylene glycol, flavourings, colour: plain caramel), sea salt.
