Masala Chai is the perfect warming drink to have in the winter months, on cool summer evenings, or any time you're stuck between sweet and spicy. It is a blend for all seasons! Originating from India, Masala Chai translates to mixed spice tea; a blend of black tea and warming spices, which you add to hot milk. Delicious!

To make the perfect cup: make up a mug of hot milk (8oz/ 225g) either in a pan, microwave or Cocoatiser. Add 2-3 teaspoons (20-25g) of masala chai and stir until well mixed.
Servings (20-25g): 300g tin – 12 -15 servings, 1kg bag –40-50 servings, 1.6kg bag – 64-80 servings.
