Delightfully soft and delicious; this orange cake is perfect for summer celebrations. It is everything that you would want from an orange cake: moist, tasty and simple. Drizzled with sweet icing and topped with ground pistachios.

Ingredients
Caster sugar, ground almonds, eggs, sunflower oil, polenta, oranges, icing sugar, golden syrup (partially inverted refiners syrup; lyles golden syrup; sugarcane syrup), cardamom, salt, lemon, pistachios.
